💬 What can I expect in a therapy session?
Our first session is about understanding your goals, history, and current challenges. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we collaborate to create a path forward. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches like Gottman Method, positive psychology, and performance psychology tools.
🕓 How long are sessions and how often do we meet?
Standard sessions are 50 minutes. Frequency depends on your goals—some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others prefer biweekly or monthly check-ins.
📍Do you offer in-person or virtual therapy?
I offer telehealth therapy to clients throughout Ohio using a secure video platform. This allows flexibility and comfort—therapy from your own space.
🧩 What is your approach to therapy?
I blend clinical expertise with genuine curiosity and care. My work is integrative, drawing on neuroscience, attachment theory, sports psychology, and trauma-informed care. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all—I adapt based on what works best for you.
