Meet Dr. Jenn
At the heart of my work is a deep respect for the human condition - our longing to be understood, to feel connected, and to live in alignment with who we truly are. Many people come to therapy not because something is “wrong,” but because they sense there is more available to them: more ease, more clarity, more connection - with themselves and with others.
I help individuals, couples, and high-achieving adults explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion. Together, we look at the patterns that shape your relationships, your emotions, and the way you move through life. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, understand yourself more fully, and strengthen the relationship you have with your own thoughts, feelings, and needs.
Because our relationship with ourselves influences every other relationship, my work often focuses on helping clients build self-trust, emotional awareness, and resilience. From there, meaningful change naturally extends outward - improving communication, intimacy, boundaries, and connection with partners, family members, teammates, and colleagues.
My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and growth-oriented. I believe we are always in relationship - with ourselves, with others, and with the stories we tell about our lives. Therapy is not about fixing who you are, but about refining how you relate: responding rather than reacting, choosing intention over habit, and creating relationships that feel grounded, authentic, and alive.
